Return
Policy |
We want to insure you
are 100% satisfied with your purchases from us. All items
purchased from HOVUSA.com are covered by our 14 Day
Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason, you are not
satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receiving
your shipment, you can return it to us.

- Returns are to be
shipped back at customers' expense.
- You
must contact us within
14 days of receipt of your shipment to get a Return
Authorization (RA) number before returning your product.
All items shipped back to us without an R/A number will be
refused.
There is
a 5% restocking fee for all returned items.
Used items
are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20% provided
they are in re-saleable, used, condition with all manuals
and materials included.
All items must be
returned in like-new condition with original packaging,
documents and accessories.
Only after
the item is received and inspected by HOVUSA.COM,
will we then credit back your account, minus restocking
fees and initial shipping.

Defective
Items |
| Upon receipt
of all returned items, HOVUSA.COM technicians will
test and evaluate every item to determine if the item is
defective. If the item is found to be defective by
HOVUSA.COM, you will be sent a new item immediately.
Only after this evaluation process will any credits be given
or new items sent. |

Missing
Items |
Customers must verify the receipt of item(s) at the time
their order is received. Any item(s) missing must be
reported to HOVUSA.COM within 14 days of receipt.
This excludes any item(s) that are back ordered.

Shipments |
Orders will be shipped within one (1) business day after the
order has been received. Items that are not in stock will be shipped
immediately once in stock. Our
fill rate on orders shipping the next day is 97%. All orders of $60
dollars or greater will be shipped free of charge to the
purchaser. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground and/or
through The United States Postal Service within the
Continental U.S. unless otherwise stated.
UPS will not deliver to P.O.
Boxes, APO’s, or FPO’s.

| Payments |
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. There
is no credit card surcharge. We also accept Check Cards, Cashiers
Checks and Money Orders. Personal Checks are accepted but must first
clear the bank before any products will be shipped (this typically
takes 7 to 10 days).

Sales
Tax |
If you live out of the
State of North Carolina, no sales tax will be
added. North Carolina residents will be charged NC State Sales Tax.

Warranties |
| All of our machines carry the standard factory guarantees and
warranties. If you cannot find an authorized dealer of that
particular brand to repair your machine that is under warranty, you
may send the product back to HOVUSA.COM and we will repair it
for you. We do not warranty user damage. The freight back to
HOVUSA.COM must be paid by the purchaser. |
